OVERVIEW
Laura Franklin is a labor and employment attorney, with more than a decade of experience representing workers in both individual and class/representative actions. She focuses on wage and hour litigation and a wide range of workplace disputes, including discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, failure to accommodate claims, and wrongful termination. Laura has handled complex cases at both the trial and pre-trial stages, advocating tenaciously to recover wages and protect employees’ rights.
Laura has gained broad employment-law experience as an associate, where she advised and represented both private and public employers and employees on wage-and-hour matters, discrimination and harassment, disability accommodations, hiring and termination issues, administrative claims, and contractual disputes. Earlier roles in civil litigation further sharpened her courtroom preparation and case-management skills, giving her practical insight into effective advocacy and strategy.
