Meet David Mathews, a seasoned attorney with nearly two decades of experience in wage and hour law. Since September 2021, David has been a key member of the Josephson Dunlap team in Houston, Texas. He specializes in litigating individual, collective, and class action employment law claims, focusing on Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) violations. His work includes drafting motions, discovery responses, and conducting in-depth legal research to ensure comprehensive representation for his clients.

Prior to joining Josephson Dunlap, David was self-employed as an attorney and mediator, honing his skills in arbitration and mediation. He also served as an attorney at Starzyk & Associates and Sheehy Lovelace & Mayfield, where he gained extensive experience in wage and hour disputes.
