Michael A. Josephson

Managing Partner

Michael A. Josephson is the Managing Partner of Josephson Dunlap LLP and has practiced law for more than two decades. He has served as lead or co-lead counsel in more than 1,500 cases, representing tens of thousands of workers in disputes involving unpaid overtime, misclassification, off-the-clock work, and related wage violations.

His case experience spans a wide range of industries, including food processing, retail, transportation, oil and gas, construction, healthcare, chemical manufacturing, call centers, government contractors, staffing, and stadium services. He has represented workers in individual claims and in nationwide collective and class actions involving thousands of plaintiffs.

Michael co-founded Josephson Dunlap in 2017 with partner Andrew W. Dunlap with a specific focus on wage and hour law. The firm has since helped more than 100,000 workers recover wages across all 50 states.
