Olivia combines expertise with a fresh perspective, passionately advocating for employees’ rights and ensuring clients receive the justice they deserve. She has deep experience in employment law, particularly wage disputes, unpaid wages, and overtime violations.

Olivia represents workers in individual, collective, and class action cases nationwide. Her work includes drafting motions, discovery responses, and key filings at both trial and appellate levels. Known for her thorough research and attention to detail, Olivia builds strong, persuasive cases that protect her clients’ interests.

Her calm, strategic approach makes her especially effective in mediations and arbitrations, where she works tirelessly to achieve favorable outcomes. Olivia is also an active member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, keeping her at the forefront of evolving legal standards.

Olivia Beale is also deeply committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of attorneys. She leads the firm’s law school recruiting efforts by overseeing interviews and managing the Summer Associate and Student Clerk programs, where she plays a central role in identifying and cultivating top talent. Beyond recruitment, Olivia provides direct supervision and mentorship, ensuring that students gain meaningful training, practical experience, and professional growth opportunities.
