OVERVIEW
Bahar Sahami is a labor law attorney based in Texas, committed to protecting workers’ rights and challenging unlawful employment practices. She brings broad legal experience to her practice, having previously worked in private practice in energy, environmental, construction, and commercial litigation. Before focusing on labor law, she also served in roles with the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer and Environmental Protection Divisions, an environmental law firm, and the U.S. Supreme Court, where she interned in the Office of the Counselor to the Chief Justice.
Bahar approaches every case with the belief that the law can be a powerful tool for restoring dignity and autonomy to those who have been wronged. Her work is driven by a dedication to holding corporations accountable and creating stronger legal protections for workers. She combines strategic litigation with a deep commitment to social equity, aiming not only to resolve individual claims but to help shape lasting legal precedent.
Fluent in Farsi, conversational in Spanish, and with a working knowledge of Russian, Bahar is proud to serve a diverse client base. Outside the office, she enjoys volunteering in her neighborhood’s community garden, exploring Houston’s food scene, and spending time with her cat.
