A Trusted Advocate for Workers’ Rights

OVERVIEW

Easton Riley is a passionate attorney based in Houston, Texas, whose practice is focused on protecting the rights of workers under wage and hour law. She is committed to helping employees recover the pay they’ve earned and ensuring employers follow the law. Whether it’s unpaid overtime, off-the-clock work, or other wage violations, Easton is driven by the belief that every worker deserves fair compensation.

Before becoming an attorney, Easton spent six years working as a paralegal in personal injury law, giving her early, hands-on experience advocating for injured individuals. After law school, she served as a Title IX Investigator at the University of Houston and later as an attorney with the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights. Her background also includes internships with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and Probate Court No. 4, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both civil and criminal legal systems.

Easton’s legal career is rooted in a desire to help people navigate some of the most challenging times in their lives. She finds deep fulfillment in ensuring workers are treated fairly and paid for every hour they put in.

Outside of work, Easton enjoys attending performances at the Houston Symphony, catching musicals through Theater Under the Stars and Broadway at the Hobby Center, traveling, and reading novels.
