Trevor Gillette is an attorney based in Houston, Texas, who represents workers in class and collective actions under federal and state wage and hour laws. He actively advocates for employees whose rights have been overlooked or denied, ensuring they receive fair treatment and the compensation they are entitled to. Trevor joined Josephson Dunlap LLP after clerking with the firm during law school. His practice centers on representing workers across the United States in cases involving unpaid overtime, misclassification, off-the-clock work, and other wage law violations.
A graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston, Trevor earned his J.D. in 2025. He was an active member of the school’s Board of Advocacy, competing in several national moot court competitions. These experiences sharpened his skills in research, writing, and oral advocacy—tools he now uses to stand up for working people and hold employers accountable, inspiring confidence in his dedication to each case.
