A Trusted Advocate for Workers’ Rights
OVERVIEW
Varsha Mynampally is an attorney based in Texas whose practice centers on employment law and the protection of workers’ rights. She is committed to standing up for individuals against powerful institutions, ensuring employees are treated fairly and lawfully in the workplace. Varsha is especially driven by the belief that every worker deserves a voice and fair compensation for their labor.
Her legal journey includes diverse experience across personal injury, health law, and children’s advocacy. She has worked with firms specializing in motor-vehicle collisions, toxic tort class actions, the SLU Children’s Permanency Clinic, in addition to completing a Health Law externship at Mercy. These roles gave her hands-on experience advocating for vulnerable clients and strengthened her passion for plaintiff’s work.
Varsha decided to pursue law because she wanted to fight for individuals who often feel unheard or disadvantaged. She finds deep fulfillment in advocating for workers, protecting their rights, and knowing that her work makes a tangible difference in their lives.
Outside of the office, Varsha enjoys traveling with her husband, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with her family.
